Take all you can from your stay in Blanc-Sablon, and see everything the region has to offer, from the municipalities of Blanc-Sablon and Bonne-Espérance (comprised of Middle-Bay, Saint-Paul’s River and Old-Fort), all the way to Labrador and the Battle Harbour National Historic Site.

Whether you’re coming from Newfoundland via the MS Apollo ferry, from Natashquan and the North Shore via the Bella Desgagnés, or from Labrador via the Trans-Labrador Highway and Route 389, you will not want to miss a thing the region has to offer.

Day 1: Blanc-Sablon | Vieux Fort | Rivière-Saint-Paul (60 km)

Morning arrival by M/V Apollo ferry from St-Barbe (duration 1h45) towards Blanc-Sablon. Lunch at your own convenience. Depart for Vieux Fort (Old Fort) for a village visit with a local CoaSter who will share with you the history of their part of the country. Return to Rivière-Saint-Paul (St. Paul's River).

Dinner included and accommodation in Rivière-Saint-Paul at the Waterfront B& B

Day 2: Rivière-Saint-Paul | Blanc-Sablon (50km)

Continental breakfast included. Make your way to Middle Bay, with lunch at you own convenience. Upon your arrival, be sure to visit the Middle Bay Interpretation Centre, admission included.

On your way back to Blanc-Sablon, enjoy an hour-long guided tour of the Aqua Labadie scallop farm in Salmon Bay (a longer tour is also available as an option).

Discover the Brador Falls and take a walk on the Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes boardwalk for a spectacular view of the region.

Day 3: Blanc Sablon | Battle Harbour (Labrador) (171km)

Complimentary continental breakfast included before departure towards Labrador.

Travel through several villages on your way to Mary’s Harbour. Board the M\V Iceberg Hunter for a crossing of the St. Lewis Strait (duration 1 hour and 25 minutes) to Battle Harbour Island.

Discover the historical village of Battle Harbour and let it take you back in time 200 years. Admission to the site, guided tour, lunch and dinner are included. Accommodation in a restored building in Battle Harbour.

A change of scenery, and authenticity guaranteed!

Day 4: Battle Harbour (Labrador) | Blanc-Sablon

Complimentary continental breakfast.

Return by ferry. Lunch at your own convenience. In Red Bay, located 88km from Blanc-Sablon, visit the Red Bay Interpretation Centre, recognized by Unesco as a world heritage site.

Return to Blanc-Sablon, dinner included.  Accommodation: Auberge 4 Saisons (3*).

Day 5: Blanc-Sablon | return

Complimentary continental breakfast. Boat excursion to Green Island, facing the village of Blanc-Sablon. Lunch at your own convenience.

Crossing in the afternoon on Apollo St-Barbe for the return to Newfoundland.
